California state Assembly Minority Leader James Gallagher really did not want to answer Manu Raju’s question about whether he wants convicted felon President Trump to come to the Golden State to campaign against the November ballot measure to decide whether Dems can override the independent redistricting commission and redraw the lines to retaliate against Low Energy Greg’s power-grab in Texas. Three times Gallagher was asked and three times he refused. Raju then gave up and asked about the overall picture in Texas and elsewhere, to which Gallagher responded with tired, limp dick talking points about how Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Hawaii have no Republicans in Congress – as if that’s the fault of the map drawers in those geographically tiny states and not the GOP who put approximately $0 and jack shit into campaigns for those seats.
Gallagher did however at the end of his bit deviate from the company line, saying he actually wants every state to have an independent redistricting commission. What a fucking RINO, right?
