Venezuelan businessman files $250 million defamation lawsuit against Fox News, Kraken, and Dobbs over 2020 election lies

Venezuelan businessman Majed Khalil has filed a $250 million defamation lawsuit against Fox News, former Fox Business host Lou Dobbs, and MAGA lawyer Sidney “Kraken” Powell over lies the two clowns told wrongfully tying Khalil to voting technology company Smartmatic and an also fake 2020 election rigging conspiracy, Yahoo News reports. Khalil, who has never had any connection whatsoever to Smartmatic – itself a plaintiff in multiple lawsuits against right wing conspiracy freaks – Fox, Dobbs, and Kraken included – filed the suit in New York State court early this month, though Fox News successfully had it moved to Manhattan’s federal court district. Dobbs called Khalil the Venezuelan election rigging plot’s “liaison with Hezbollah,” among other vicious lies.
