Trump-appointed Arizona federal Judge Michael Liburdi on Friday ruled against the two voting rights groups who sued this week seeking an injunction against the MAGA “election integrity” cult terrorists who have been intimidating voters by surveilling ballot drop boxes in Maricopa County.
“Plaintiffs have failed to show that they are likely to succeed on the merits. While there are serious questions implicated, the Court cannot provide preliminary injunctive relief without infringing core constitutional rights. Further, while the irreparable harm factor tips in favor of Plaintiffs, the balance of the equities and public interest do not. A preliminary injunction cannot issue on these facts, but Arizona Alliance is invited to return to this Court with any new evidence that Defendants have engaged in unlawful voter intimidation,” wrote Liburdi, who is not to be confused with the would-be terrorist, also named Michael Liburdi, who blew off one or both of his arms while trying to build a bomb in his garage in Michigan back in June. That’s just a coincidence.
