Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman was hospitalized late Wednesday night for an undisclosed reason, though his office did say there was no sign he suffered another stroke, USA Today reports.
“Initial tests did not show evidence of a new stroke, but doctors are running more tests and John is remaining overnight for observation,” said spokesman Joe Cavello, adding that the Senator “is in good spirits and talking with his staff and family. We will provide more information when we have it.”
