Manhattan Judge Arthur Engoron on Wednesday rescinded permission for fat former President Trump to personally deliver part of the closing arguments in the trial over New York Attorney General Letitia James’s $370 million lawsuit against Donald’s corrupt business empire, the AP reports.
Not very long story short, per the Daily Beast, Engoron on Wednesday told Donald’s asshole lawyer Chris Kise via email simply that the fat bastard had to agree to abide by the same rules and decorum of the court expected of lawyers, to which Kise replied “That is very unfair, your Honor. You are not allowing President Trump, who has been wrongfully demeaned and belittled by an out of control, politically motivated Attorney General, to speak about the things that must be spoken about.”
Engoron then responded with “I won’t debate this yet again. Take it or leave it. Now or never. You have until noon, seven minutes from now. I WILL NOT GRANT ANY FURTHER EXTENSIONS.”
Having received any response from Kise, Engoron then wrote, “Not having heard from you by the third extended deadline (noon today), I assume that Mr Trump will not agree to the reasonable, lawful limits I have imposed as a precondition to giving a closing statement above and beyond those given by his attorneys, and that, therefore, he will not be speaking in court tomorrow.”
