“Pursuant to CPLR §§ 5511 and 5515, Defendants President Donald J Trump, Donald Trump, Jr, Eric Trump, Allen Weisselberg, Jeffrey McConney, the Donald J Trump Revocable Trust, the Trump Organization, Inc, the Trump Organization LLC, DJT Holdings LLC, DJT Holdings Managing Member, Trump Endeavor 12 LLC, 401 North Wabash Venture LLC, Trump Old Post Office LLC, 40 Wall Street LLC, and Seven Springs LLC (‘Defendants’) hereby appeal to the Appellate Division, First Department, from the Decision and Order After Non-Jury Trial by Hon Arthur F Engoron, JSC, dated February 16, 2024 (NYSCEF Doc No 1688), and duly entered in the above-captioned action by the Clerk of the Supreme Court, County of New York on February 16, 2024, and served by Notice of Entry on February 16, 2024, which found all Defendants liable under the second, third, fourth, fifth, and seventh causes of action and Defendants Allen Weisselberg and Jeffrey McConney liable under the sixth cause of action, directed the Clerk to enter judgment in favor of the Plaintiff in the principal sum of $363,894,816.00, and ordered injunctive relief. This appeal is taken from each and every part of the Order insofar as Defendants are aggrieved,” says the notice of appeal from Team Orange of the nearly half-billion beatdown they took. It’s not clear what, if anything, the fat fuck has been able to do so far to secure financing for the appeal or if it was required to be lined up for them to file this notice of the appeal.
