New Jersey Senator Gold Bars Bob Menendez will face a jury starting early next month as a New York judge on Thursday ruled that Bob and his wife/co-defendant Nadine can be tried separately, scuttling a delay to (tentatively) July 8th that Bob had gotten prosecutors to agree to on Wednesday on account of Nadine’s health issues, MSNBC reports. Probably won’t be a very long trial.
