Members of the Springfield, Ohio Haitian-American community are keeping their kids home from school this week amid the fucking freaks in the MAGA Cinematic Universe saying shit like “hungry, hungry Haitians had a hankering for some house pets” and city hall being evacuated due to bomb threats, all spurred by Trump fans spiraling ever deeper into insanity, the Haitian Times reports.
“We’re all victims this morning. They’re attacking us in every way,” said one woman who moved to Springfield six years ago, adding her car had been vandalized twice in recent weeks by MAGA assholes breaking windows and throwing acid on the paint. “I’m going to have to move because this area is no longer good for me. I can’t even leave my house to go to Walmart. I’m anxious and scared.”
Philomene Philostin, who owns one of those multi-service businesses you see in immigrant communities, said her commercial landlord was trying to evict her from the storefront. “They’re trying to push me out, but this is my home,” said Philostin, who was on her way to meet with a lawyer to fight the property owner. “I set up my home, my store to be here. I’m not going anywhere.”
