Republican Texas Senator John Cornyn on Thursday told a Reuters reporter "there should not be any limitation" on the Senate's investigation as the chamber considers whether they should confirm credibly suspected statutory rapist Matt Gaetz to lead the US Justice Department, "including whatever the House Ethics Committee has generated," and when asked if that meant the full report that Gaetz so far has prevented from release by resigning his seat, Cornyn said "Absolutely."
Of course Cornyn and other GOP senators getting to see it versus whether it would ever see the light of day are two completely separate things. Probably makes a leak far more likely though.
