Brazilian police and military personnel marched through a camp set up by supporters of insurrectionist right-wing former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, taking down their tents and pushing demonstrators out of the area, Reuters reports.
After more than 200 people were arrested during an attack on government buildings over the weekend–an effort to overturn the election that led to the inauguration of liberal President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on January 1st. Using the playbook of Trump supporters here in the United States, right-wing snowflakes are upset they lost an election so they decided to void their nation’s constitution to violently install their chosen failed candidate.
The protesters set up camp outside the national Defense Ministry in the belief that those in the army would support their efforts to install Bolsonaro despite his losing the election. Also like right-wingers here in North America, the fascistic protestors in Brazil have taken to blockading roadways, particularly along the roadways that transport Brazil’s agricultural products to market.
