Judge tosses Trump bid to delay NY AG lawsuit trial

Fat former President Trump suffered yet another loss in court Tuesday as Manhattan Judge Arthur Engoron rejected a motion to push back the start of the trial in New York Attorney General Leticia James’s $250 million lawsuit against Donald’s corrupt business empire, Law and Crime reports

“I don’t want to move this trial, not only because I said I don’t want to move it,” Engeron told Trump lawyer Chris Kise upon rejecting the requested six-month delay from the October 3rd start date.
