Capitals, Wizards actually not leaving DC for Northern Virginia

In a complete dickpunch to Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, Washington Capitals and Wizards owner Ted Leonsis will announce Wednesday that he will not be moving the NHL and NBA franchises out of DC and into a new arena in Northern Virginia, WAMU’s Tom Sherwood reports.

Didn’t help that Virginia Dems had last week blocked Youngkin’s plans to use public funds for the new arena, probably making the Vest Guy regret his proposed 15-week abortion ban even more now.
