Manhattan Judge Arthur Engoron on Thursday scheduled an April 22 hearing to determine whether the $175 million bond disgraced former President Trump filed to appeal his defeat in the lawsuit against his corrupt business empire to meets minimum qualifications as AG Letitia James informed the judge that payday loan hustler Don Hankey’s paperwork may not be on the up-and-up.
Because if Engoron rules it isn’t then that’s probably (hopefully) going to be the end of the line and James can start seizing his assets as the ten day clock expired Thursday afternoon.
