Hunter Biden to plead no contest

Irresponsible crackhead-turned-halfway decent painter Hunter Biden’s lawyers announced to a California federal court they will attempt to enter a no contest plea just moments before jury selection started in his tax fraud trial on Thursday, CNN’s Marshall Cohen reports. The plea – in which Hunter accepts punishment but maintains innocence – is apparently up to the judge to accept.

But ABC News reports he actually changes his plea to guilty, so maybe the judge didn’t accept.
