The Federal District Court for Middle Pennsylvania has denied a Trump campaign motion to postpone arguments in its lawsuit against Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar relating to counties that allowed election workers to correct flaws in ballots by transposing them onto new forms.

The order, issued late Monday evening, means the Trump campaign must appear in Court Tuesday to argue its case, even though the campaign has new counsel as of Monday afternoon. The Trump campaign has also jettisoned key elements of its Pennsylvania case, meaning that the likelihood of this sole case disenfranchising tens of millions of votes is unlikely.
