Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro on Monday activated 4.5 million militia members that may or may not actually exist in response to convicted felon President Trump’s regime doubling the bounty on his head to $50 million as well as the US Navy’s deployment to Latin America, CBS News reports.
