On a television “news” network that has repeatedly been caught broadcasting Republican talking points verbatim–including posting graphics with the same typos found in the GOP handouts–and featuring Party members as unbiased, everyday Americans, Fox News host and moderately sentient crash test dummy Tucker Carlson questions stations that broadcast speeches by politicians.
“Why are they continuing to repeat, day after day, point by point, word for word, the talking points of a political party?” Carlson asks rhetorically. “They’re not getting paid for this, and in exchange, they lose all of their self respect and dignity. I mean, they’re just marionettes. It’s embarrassing. How can they live with themselves? I think that all the time.”
