Failing to break the Republican’s speed record in getting Justice Amy Coney Barrett from nomination to sworn in (31 days), Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Dick Durbin announced that the confirmation hearing for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson will begin March 21st, Reuters reports.
“I look forward to Judge Jackson’s appearance before the Committee and to respectful and dignified hearings,” Durbin said in a public letter to his Senate colleagues.
