CNN’s Jim Acosta beautifully points out the faults in Andrew Yang’s new policies on controversial issues: the Forward Party doesn’t have them. While Yang attempts to explain his position on the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade, Acosta presses on, to which Yang replies: “The Forward Party has not left or right but forward stance on even the most divisive and contentious issues.”
“Well, what does that mean?” Acosta asks. “Don’t you have to take a position on something? … You can’t just say, ‘well, this is a hot button issue so I’m not going to take a position on it. If you wanna run the country, you’re gonna have to make some hard decisions.”
