The shooter and law enforcement officer are among four people reported dead after a tenant being served an eviction notice opened fire, killing the county constable and two other people, the Arizona Republic reports.
Around 11 a.m. local time, 43-year-old Constable Deborah Martinez-Garibay went to a unit in an apartment complex with the complex’s assistant manager to serve the eviction notice. The tenant then opened fire, killing the constable. It’s unclear how the shooter was killed. The identities of the two other victims have not been released.
