Preeeeetty much out of nowhere and from off the media circuit for quite a while, former Vice President Kamala Harris will on Wednesday join Tim Miller’s The Bulwark Podcast on Wednesday for an hour-long-ish unedited interview. Very much an interesting and unexpected choice.

“I have been a principled ‘NO’ on this bill from the beginning. What was wrong with the bill three months ago is still wrong today. It abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure in America. As written, this bill reveals and injures thousands of innocent people – witnesses, people who provided alibis, family members, etc. If enacted in its current form, this type of broad reveal of criminal investigative files, released to a rabid media, will absolutely result in innocent people being hurt.”
“Not by my vote. The Oversight Committee is conducting a thorough investigation that has already released well over 60,000 pages of documents from the Epstein case. That effort will continue in a manner that provides all due protections for innocent Americans. If the Senate amends the bill to properly address privacy of victims and other Americans, who are named but not criminally implicated, then I will vote for that bill when it comes back to the House,” tweeted malevolent gator wrestler Clay Higgins on Tuesday following his “principled” no vote on releasing the Epstein files, emphasis his, as if he’d be devastated if it revealed video of Hillary Clinton murdering a teenage girl.
Justice Department: “Earlier today, at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn, Georgian national Michail Chkhikvishvili, also known as ‘Mishka,’ ‘Michael,’ ‘Commander Butcher,’ and ‘Butcher,’ pleaded guilty to soliciting hate crimes and sending instructions to make bombs and ricin. Chkhikvishvili was a leader of Maniac Murder Cult, an international racially motivated violent extremist group. Chkhikvishvili recruited people to commit violent acts in furtherance of Maniac Murder Cult’s ideologies, including planning and soliciting a mass casualty attack in New York City. In May 2025, Chkhikvishvili was extradited from Moldova to the Eastern District of New York”
“In June 2022, Chkhikvishvili traveled to Brooklyn, New York. Beginning as early as July 2022, Chkhikvishvili repeatedly encouraged others, primarily via the encrypted messaging application Telegram, to commit violent hate crimes and other violence on behalf of Maniac Murder Cult.”
“This included soliciting acts of mass violence in New York from an individual who, unbeknownst to Chkhikvishvili, was an undercover FBI employee (the UC). Beginning in approximately November 2023, Chkhikvishvili solicited the UC to commit violent crimes, such as bombings and arsons, for the purpose of harming racial minorities, Jewish individuals and others. In November 2023, Chkhikvishvili began planning a mass casualty attack in New York City to take place on New Year’s Eve. The scheme involved having an individual dress up as Santa Claus and hand out candy laced with poison to racial minorities. In January, the scheme evolved and Chkhikvishvili specifically directed the UC to target the Jewish community, Jewish schools, and Jewish children in Brooklyn with poison. Chkhikvishvili sent detailed manuals about creating and mixing lethal poisons and gases, including ricin. Chkhikvishvili faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.”
The House Freedom Caucasians will this week intro a resolution censuring US Virgin Islands Delegate Stacey Plaskett over her communications with convicted felon President Trump’s friend Jeffrey Epstein after certain emails between the two were unearcthed last week.
“In August 2025, the State of Texas enacted a new electoral map to govern elections for the US House of Representatives (the ‘2025 Map’). Claiming that the 2025 Map is racially discriminatory, six groups of Plaintiffs (the ‘Plaintiff Groups’) ask the Court to preliminarily enjoin the State from using the 2025 Map for the 2026 elections. For the reasons explained below, the Court PRELIMINARILY ENJOINS the State from using the 2025 Map. The Court ORDERS that the 2026 congressional election in Texas shall proceed under the map that the Texas Legislature enacted in 2021 (the ‘2021 Map’),” writes El Paso US District Court Judge Jeffrey Brown in the opener to a 160-page order.
Yeah, 160 pages. Very dense. It’s not like the higher courts will NEVER overturn it but the point for the Trump and Abbott Regimes was to get these maps set before the filing deadline on December 8th. This gives Low Energy Greg less than three weeks to force the legislature in for another special session to move the primaries if an appellate court cannot intervene and overrule this order in time.
And it is ugly. The court found that the Trump Regime’s dipshit stooge Harmeet Dhillon engineered a racial gerrymandering scheme by sending Texas a legally baseless letter threatening DOJ action unless the state dismantled four districts based solely on their racial composition. When Trump’s command for a purely partisan map met resistance, Dhillon repackaged it as a civil rights issue, claiming that “coalition district” where no single minority group hit 50 percent were unconstitutional.
Abbott took the bait within 48 hours, calling a special session explicitly to satisfy DOJ’s racial objectives. The tell? Dhillon only targeted majority-non-White districts. If this were really about partisanship rather than race, Brown notes, DOJ would’ve also gone after majority-White Democratic districts. They conspicuously didn’t and here we are with three weeks to go before doomsday.
Fanboys better fucking PRAY the DOJ can uneven the score in California by overturning Prop 50.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bonesaw will on Tuesday be feted in the Oval Office where his eyes will repeatedly drift towards his host’s fat, stubby fingers as he fantasizes about what it would be like to have him struggle fruitlessly as his goons hold him by the wrist and another approaches with a blade, his eyes gleeful with anticipation as the edge nears the soft, flabby flesh. Bonesaw’s eyes will grow wider and turn a sickening ochre hue, dreaming of Trump’s terrified screams and pleading to not suffer the mutilation in a darkened basement dungeon under the Riyadh palace…
Bonesaw will then snap out of it and remember to pretend to listen to Trump tell a reporter how successful his McDonald’s franchisee rally was in response to a question about the Epstein files.

In a story linked from a BREAKING news banner saying “Fears of an AI bubble are hammering stocks for the 4th straight day,” the Wall Street Journal writes with moderate alarm that “Lofty valuations and a pile-up of debt to build data centers have led some investors to question the price of AI-linked stocks. A new survey found 45 percent of fund managers see an AI bubble as the top ‘tail risk’ for markets, and a surge of concern that companies are overspending, chiefly on AI-related projects.”
Copied that verbatim to highlight the, um, glaringly evident kayfabe of it all. If 45 percent of fund managers admit the reality of the effervescence of the current market then, well, you know, the Bradley Effect and all. The existence of this bubble became something approximating conventional wisdom about six months ago and yet the “fear” of the prophecy’s self-fulfillment is what’s taking a toll now. Previously the bubble had been inflated by non-fear, or “bullishness” on the value of AI investments, itself having fully manifested the bubble. In conclusion, the stock market is stupid.
On stage is a placard reading “DANGERS OF THE DISCHARGE PETITION (If not amended) (1) Victim Privacy: Does not adequately protect victims. (2) Innocent Persons: Risks disclosure of non-credible allegations, creating new victims. (3) CSAM: Fails to adequately protect against the release of Child Sexual Abuse Materials. (4) Future Investigations: Provides no protections for whistleblowers or undercover law enforcement, etc. (5) Declassification: Requires release of information that could reveal confidential methods and sources,” so yeah they’re having second thoughts on this.
Separately CNN’s Annie Grayer reports that Speaker Jesus Dork told his team he’s voting yes.
Long-failing national video game retailer GameStop this week announced that Saturday, December 6, 2025 will be “Trade Anything Day,” where they will accept anything you want to barter with them as credit toward a purchase of games and merchandise, as long as it fits in a 20x20x20 box.

“THE ONLY HEALTHCARE I WILL SUPPORT OR APPROVE IS SENDING THE MONEY DIRECTLY BACK TO THE PEOPLE, WITH NOTHING GOING TO THE BIG, FAT, RICH INSURANCE COMPANIES, WHO HAVE MADE $TRILLIONS, AND RIPPED OFF AMERICA LONG ENOUGH. THE PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED TO NEGOTIATE AND BUY THEIR OWN, MUCH BETTER, INSURANCE. POWER TO THE PEOPLE! Congress, do not waste your time and energy on anything else. This is the only way to have great Healthcare in America!!! GET IT DONE, NOW,” posted a Fox News-brained old man on Tuesday.
Yeah that’ll solve the inflation problem. Also where the fuck are they going to buy healthcare from?
Margie already fired a hell of a shot against Donnie, saying: “I was called a traitor by a man that I fought for six years for. And I gave him my loyalty for free. I won my first election without his endorsement, beating eight men in a primary, and I’ve never owed him anything. But I fought for him for the policies and for America first. And he called me a traitor for standing with these women and refusing to take my name off the discharge petition. Let me tell you what a traitor is. A traitor is a is an American that serves foreign countries and themselves. A patriot is an American that serves the United States of Americans and Americans like the women standing behind me.”
Florida Lt Gov Jay Collins felt uninhibited enough to openly trash likely Republican gubernatorial nominee MAGA Congressman Byron Donalds on Monday, posting that the fellow Republican is “Soft as Soy” and “Traveling around the state with ZERO record and nothing but an endorsement to brag about is not good enough… Florida deserves better and I’ve delivered,” Fox News reports.
Convicted felon President Trump endorsed Donalds’s gubernatorial bid before the congressman had even really launched it, so it’s possible to see Collins’s disrespect for Donalds as another sign of the mainstream media’s current narrative of the Orange Tyrant’s weakening grip on power.
Fucking Cloudflare again
Twitter, Truth Social, Claude AI, ChatGPT, and a shit ton of other sites downstream from Cloudflare, the web’s outage-prone magic Macguffin, have been bricked Tuesday, Tom’s Guide reports.
The dickheads at the service claim to have identified the issue, per Tom’s Guide but that only calls into question why they’re still trusted in the first place to do whatever it is they’re supposed to do.
During recent visit in DC, the talk of everyone was how overt the corruption was. It's at levels you read about in history books. In nearly every department. Lots of, "Do people just think Democrats will never win and they'll all get away with this?"

Mike Cernovich is an OG MAGA “influencer,” going all the way back to 2016 and the heady days of Pizzagate and when “alt-right” was first coined. This “reporting” was flagged on Monday by CNN media correspondent Brian Stelter and the Bulwark’s Tim Miller, among other outside observers, as something approximating nervousness of future consequences for the current regime’s profligacy when the Orange God Emperor is finally out of power.
Douchebag former Treasury Secretary/Harvard President Larry Summers told the university’s newspaper the Crimson he will continue to “fulfill my teaching obligations,” but “will be stepping back from public commitments as one part of my broader effort,” after the tranche of Jeffrey Epstein emails obtained by House Oversight revealed extensive ties between Summers and the dead sex trafficker, USA Today reports. Maybe someone else mentioned in those emails should do the same.
Canadian MPs on Monday voted 170 to 168 to approve the federal budget, which screws the Tories out of a chance to take down Prime Minister Mark Carney’s government in snap election next month, the CBC reports. Might’ve helped the Tories if two of their MPs didn’t abstain from the vote, lol.
