In January, the scheme evolved and Chkhikvishvili specifically directed the UC to target the Jewish community, Jewish schools, and Jewish children in Brooklyn with poison. Chkhikvishvili sent detailed manuals about creating and mixing lethal poisons and gases, including ricin. Chkhikvishvili faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.”

The Court ORDERS that the 2026 congressional election in Texas shall proceed under the map that the Texas Legislature enacted in 2021 (the ‘2021 Map’),” writes El Paso US District Court Judge Jeffrey Brown in the opener to a 160-page order.

Yeah, 160 pages. Very dense. The court found that the Trump Regime’s dipshit stooge Harmeet Dhillon engineered a racial gerrymandering scheme by sending Texas a legally baseless letter threatening DOJ action unless the state dismantled four districts based solely on their racial composition. When Trump’s command for a purely partisan map met resistance, Dhillon repackaged it as a civil rights issue, claiming that “coalition district” where no single minority group hit 50 percent were unconstitutional.

Abbott took the bait within 48 hours, calling a special session explicitly to satisfy DOJ’s racial objectives. The tell? Dhillon only targeted majority-non-White districts. If this were really about partisanship rather than race, Brown notes, DOJ would’ve also gone after majority-White Democratic districts. They conspicuously didn’t and here we are with three weeks to go before doomsday.

In a story linked from a BREAKING news banner saying “Fears of an AI bubble are hammering stocks for the 4th straight day,” the Wall Street Journal writes with moderate alarm that “Lofty valuations and a pile-up of debt to build data centers have led some investors to question the price of AI-linked stocks. A new survey found 45 percent of fund managers see an AI bubble as the top ‘tail risk’ for markets, and a surge of concern that companies are overspending, chiefly on AI-related projects.”

Copied that verbatim to highlight the, um, glaringly evident kayfabe of it all. If 45 percent of fund managers admit the reality of the effervescence of the current market then, well, you know, the Bradley Effect and all. The existence of this bubble became something approximating conventional wisdom about six months ago and yet the “fear” of the prophecy’s self-fulfillment is what’s taking a toll now. Previously the bubble had been inflated by non-fear, or “bullishness” on the value of AI investments, itself having fully manifested the bubble. In conclusion, the stock market is stupid.
