Arizona Dem Congresswoman-Elect Adelita Grijalva on Tuesday told Punchbowl’s Jake Sherman that she expects that her state Attorney General Kris Mayes will file a federal lawsuit seeking to compel Speaker Mike Johnson to swear Grijalva in finally after weeks of holding out.

Georgie not out of the woods yet
“Since first learning of George Santos’ actions, I’ve been at the forefront of bringing him to justice. I am proud of the work my office has done, and the – conviction achieved in partnership with the US Attorney’s office. While the office cannot comment on ongoing investigations, suffice it to say that I remain focused on prosecuting political corruption wherever it exists regardless of political affiliation,” said Nassau County DA Anne Donnelly in a statement on Tuesday.
A White House official tells Axios that convicted felon President Trump has no plans to meet with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin anytime soon, quashing the Budapest meeting the fat bastard wanted. “There are no plans for President Trump to meet with President Putin in the immediate future,” a spokesworm said, confirming the Trump and Putin regimes were too far apart on Ukraine.
In a letter that leads with the usual bullshit before admitting that Dems are right about this, thirteen vulnerable House Republicans on Tuesday urged Speaker Mike Johnson to cave and allow a vote on extending the Affordable Care Act subsidies to hit the floor, more than enough support to pass it.
“We write to thank you for your strong leadership during this government shutdown and to underscore the urgent need to pass a short-term continuing resolution so the government can reopen. Every day the shutdown continues to hurt the very people we were elected to serve, including the men and women of our Armed Forces, the federal law enforcement officers who keep our communities safe, the agents who defend our nation’s borders, and the public servants who provide essential services to veterans, seniors, and families. Keeping the government closed helps no one and undermines the safety and stability of our country. We also firmly believe that the government funding debate is not the time or place to address healthcare issues. Using the shutdown as leverage to force that debate only prolongs the harm and distracts from the immediate task of reopening the government,” the letter opens with before getting to the actual point…
“Once the government is reopened, however, we should immediately turn our focus to the growing crisis of healthcare affordability and the looming expiration of the enhanced Affordable Care Act (ACA) premium tax credits. Millions of Americans are facing drastic premium increases due to short-sighted Democratic policymaking. While we did not create this crisis, we now have both the responsibility and the opportunity to address it. Allowing these tax credits to lapse without a clear path forward would risk real harm to those we represent. Nevertheless, we must chart a conservative path that protects working families in our districts across the country who rely on these credits,” and THERE IT IS. THAT’S WHERE THEY ADMITS DEMS ARE RIGHT ABOUT THIS.
Only about 22 percent of the applicants for FEMA disaster assistance after the July 4th floods that ravaged Kerr County, Texas have been deemed eligible to get financial help so far, the Texas Tribune reports on another failure by the Trump Regime to help even its own voters when they’ve suffered.
Nearly four months after the cataclysmic flood that left at least 117 dead in Kerr alone – including 27 campers and counselors at the Camp Mystic Christian sleepaway camp for girls – 1,749, or less than half the 3,228 applications have made it past the eligibility review stage as of October 11th. Of those, only 709 were deemed eligible while 775 were denied, many of whom had stopped responding or withdrew. The 22 percent rate is significantly below the 39 percent pre-2025 average.
“I am grateful to state and federal law enforcement for their swift and decisive action to apprehend a dangerous individual who made a credible death threat against me with every intention to carry it out. The person arrested, along with thousands of violent felons who stormed the US Capitol during the January 6th attack, was pardoned by Donald Trump on the President’s very first day in office.”
“Since the blanket pardon that occurred earlier this year, many of the criminals released have committed additional crimes throughout the country. Unfortunately, our brave men and women in law enforcement are being forced to spend their time keeping our communities safe from these violent individuals who should never have been pardoned. It is the honor of my life to serve in Congress during these challenging times. Threats of violence will not stop us from showing up, standing up and speaking up for the American people,” said House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries in a statement on Tuesday responding to the arrest of pardoned MAGA rioter Chris Moynihan.
The “grateful to state and federal law enforcement” part is odd – as is that this morning’s New York State Police statement specifically mentioned “Federal Bureau of Investigation Joint Terrorism Task Force (FBI-JTTF)” were involved and that such threats are usually charged federally under 18 USC § 115 – so it’d be helpful if Jeffries would explain why Moynihan is facing state-level charges. Did K$H order the FBI to stand down or did Jeffries ask the local DA to get involved to preempt another pardon from the Orange God Emperor? Even weirder is the Dutchess County DA releasing a statement saying “Although my office was not contacted during the investigative stage of this matter, we are now reviewing the case for legal and factual sufficiency,” just minutes ago.
Joining late so, missed a gem from Speaker Mike Johnson stupidly drawing attention to the Epstein shitshow, saying “Suddenly now, they’ve somehow convinced themselves that the Epstein files will be damaging to President Trump and Republicans in some way that they’ve imagined, and so they feign outrage,” as though that’ll convince Dems to back down from the discharge petition.
“The oversight committee is already accomplishing what the discharge petition, that gambit sought, and much more. The Epstein estate files that have been this new treasure-trove, the third batch, was not even included in the discharge petition. Didn’t even think of it. And again, the investigation is bipartisan. It’s nonstop. And far broader in scope than what is covered by the discharge petition and already yielded significant results. Unfortunately, some Democrats, sadly even a couple Republicans, have tried to make this a political issue. They seem to be more interested in trying somehow to lay a glove on the president than securing justice for these victims,” Johnson added.
In an email obtained by the Wall Street Journal, a US Treasury official on Monday commanded staff to stop taking pics of the demolition work on the East Wing of the White House where convicted felon President Trump’s worker ants are prepping to construct a garish $250 million “ballroom,” writing “As construction proceeds on the White House grounds, employees should refrain from taking and sharing photographs of the grounds, to include the East Wing, without prior approval from the Office of Public Affairs.” A spokesperson tried to explain it away to the Journal as being about security as pics could “potentially reveal sensitive items, including security features or confidential structural details,” as though they couldn’t have put a tarp up if that was a concern.
Orange Warlord amped to bomb Gaza
“Numerous of our NOW GREAT ALLIES in the Middle East, and areas surrounding the Middle East, have explicitly and strongly, with great enthusiasm, informed me that they would welcome the opportunity, at my request, to go into GAZA with a heavy force and ‘straighten our Hamas’ if Hamas continues to act badly, in violation of their agreement with us. The love and spirit for the Middle East has not been seen like this in a thousand years! It is a beautiful thing to behold! I told these countries, and Israel, ‘NOT YET!’ There is still hope that Hamas will do what is right. If they do not, an end to Hamas will be FAST, FURIOUS, AND BRUTAL! I would like to thank all of those countries that called to help. Also, I would like to thank the great and powerful country of Indonesia, and its wonderful leader, for all of the help they have shown and given to the Middle East, and to the USA. TO EVERYONE, thank you for your attention to this matter!” posted President Peace on Tuesday.

Maybe the far right outlet should’ve just left this one alone. Hard to say it’s violent agitation when all the lib was calling for was simply for President Trump to do what Hitler did to himself.
As for the actual violence and arrests, there is one report out of Kent, Ohio in which a 20 year-old male, who is said to be a Trump fanboy, shove a woman during the town’s local No Kings march on Saturday. Kent Councilman Jeff Clapper, a Democrat, told the Akron Beacon-Journal he had “no idea what led up to” the altercation. “But I wasn’t going to let it stand. So I grabbed him and forced him to the ground. Then I heard he had a gun, so we restrained them.” Clapper said he’d heard that the man, identified as Bryce Sobodosh, is MAGA but he’s not so sure. “Being a Trump supporter or not had no bearing on my actions. I just saw him push a woman, and that is not OK,” said Clapper.
Sobodosh faces felony charges of receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon and will go before a judge on Friday. No social media presence or voter registration in Sobodosh’s name could be ascertained by National Zero, but it’s hard to imagine what the point in carrying a handgun and then shoving a woman at a No Kings rally would have been if it wasn’t to “counterprotest.”
Andres Fernando Tufino, one of the “narcoterrorists” that convicted felon President Trump’s regime released to his home country of Ecuador “for detention and prosecution,” according to the orange slob, after surviving a US Navy strike on a “drug” boat in the Carribbean last week, was promptly released from detention and prosecution by law enforcement in Quito Monday after they determined “there is no evidence or indication that could lead prosecutors or judicial authorities,” the AP reports.
Tufino and a Colombian man – who has yet to be identified publicly – were plucked from the water by American naval personnel in the strike on a “submersible” that left two others dead. The Colombian man was seriously wounded in the strike and, according to law enforcement in that country, “will be prosecuted according to the law” for alleged drug trafficking. But who the hell knows what actual evidence exists that these guys were indeed moving drugs north to the US.

The reporting wizards at Axios have found an explosive new rift in America hidden in the data.
A new Alaska Survey Research test of a hypothetical 2026 Senate matchup finds Dem former Congresswoman Mary Peltola leading incumbent Republican Dan Sullivan 48 to 46 percent among North Star State voters. Peltola, ousted last year by Republican Nick Begich III, has not announced her 2026 intent and has also been said to be considering a gubernatorial run next year.
Alaska Survey pollster Ivan Moore posted the findings on BlueSky Monday ahead of a full release on Tuesday, said the sample had voted 52 percent for convicted felon President Trump, 39 percent for former Vice President Kamala Harris, 9 percent “other,” but doesn’t say if it was weighted.
Thune says Ingrassia nomination DOA
Senate Majority Leader John Thune on Monday told reporters that white nationalist sex pest Paul Ingrassia, convicted felon President Trump’s nominee to lead the Justice Department’s office of Special Counsel, will not make it out of committee as MAGA Senators Rick Scott, Ron “RonAnon” Johnson, and James “Pussy” Lankford have already ruled out voting for him, Politico reports.
“I’m not supporting him,” Scott, a white collar crime lord, said. “I can’t imagine how anybody can be antisemitic in this country. It’s wrong,” Skeletor added, having calculated that he’s got another five years before he’s up for reelection again and they Groypers will have forgotten by then.
Also worth noting is that THIS is what gets them to pull the plug and not the absolutely freaking pathetic and creepy shit he tried with a female subordinate by forcing her to share a hotel room.
“The New York State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Poughkeepsie (BCI), in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Joint Terrorism Task Force (FBI-JTTF), announces the arrest of Christopher Moynihan, 34, of Clinton, New York, for Making a Terroristic Threat, a Class D felony.”
“On October 18, 2025, the State Police were advised by the FBI-JTTF that Moynihan had made threats to kill a member of Congress. Following a thorough investigation, Moynihan was arrested and arraigned before the Town of Clinton Court. He was remanded to the Dutchess County Justice Center in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, a $30,000 bond, or an $80,000 partially secured bond. Moynihan is scheduled to appear in court on October 23,” says the New York State Police in a press release.
According to CBS News, the member of Congress was House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and Moynihan texted someone to say “Hakeem Jeffries makes a speech in a few days in NYC I cannot allow this terrorist to live” and “Even if I am hated, he must be eliminated, I will kill him for the future.”
Moynihan, who entered the Senate chamber during the January 6th, 2021 insurrection, was found guilty in August 2022 of obstructing an official proceeding, and pleaded guilty to five misdemeanor charges. He was sentenced in February 2023 to 21 months in prison. Thus, unless there was some extraordinary and extremely unlikely delay in his sentence, it’s a near certainty he was not one of the ones who would have still been in prison at this point if not for Trump pardoning him in January.

More than a third of recent surge of recruits to convicted felon President Trump’s newly expanded ICE have failed to pass the physical fitness test requiring them to do 15 push-ups and 32 sit-ups, and run 1.5 miles in 14 minutes, the Atlantic reports citing an internal email that said the agency’s been drawing “a considerable amount of athletically allergic candidates.” These recruits had “misrepresented” their physical condition on application forms, a real pain in the ass for the agency, having already shipped these fat incels to the training academy in Georgia before rejecting them.
Leaders have now ordered recruitment offices to conduct the tests locally. Shocking that morally weak men who want to abuse innocent migrants would be physically weak too, right?
“Jack Ciattarelli, the wonderful New Jersey Gubernatorial Candidate that is doing very well in the Polls against a very Fake and Corrupt Mikie Sherrill, will bring Energy prices down in New Jersey by record amounts. He calls me constantly, wanting assurances that I will use the Power of Common Sense on helping New Jersey with their Energy bills, which are going up by record amounts. Jack is a man who will bring costs and prices down, rapidly, but in particular, Energy costs, because he knows that everything else will follow. Mikie Sherrill, on the contrary, has Energy policies and concepts that will double and triple prices in New Jersey. Unlike Jack, there have been no calls to Washington saying, ‘What do we do with these rapidly rising Electric and other costs?'”
“I have brought Energy way down, with Gasoline soon to hit $2, with everything else following! If Mikie, who was essentially thrown out of her school for cheating, and wasn’t even allowed to walk through the Graduating Class, is ever involved with Government, Energy prices will soar at a record level! Unlike Jack Ciattarelli, nobody from her group is calling the White House in order to take advantage of the record drops in overall Energy costs. Jack Ciattarelli is a good man, who understands business, and who will bring down Energy, and other costs, by 50 percent, and even more. The unusually named Mikie, perhaps her only asset, will drive Energy costs up, like no Governor in History. She will be a DISASTER for New Jersey – VOTE JACK CIATTARELLI – HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!” posted convicted felon President Trump on Monday, admitting that he hasn’t actually brought energy prices down for New Jersey but somehow Jack Ciattarelli will do it.
The fat bastard seems to be getting a little desperate for his already one-time loser endorsee.
Holy fuck. The Daily Mail reports that “moderate” Texas Republican Congressman Tony Gonzales had an affair with an aide who ended it by fatally setting herself on fire at home last month.
Regina Aviles, 35, joined Gonzales’s staff in 2021 and at some point since separated from her husband after she began effing the 43 year-old married congressman and father of six. Why the mother-of-one doused herself with gasoline and lit a match in the backyard of her home in Uvalde on September 13th is not known, just that it was caught on a home security cam and that Gonzales did not attend her funeral on the 25th. A spokesperson did not deny the affair to the Mail.
The Uvalde Police Department – not exactly an examplar of bravery in law enforcement – blocked the release of public records related to Aviles’s death, even though in Texas records are routinely made public no matter what stage an investigation is at. Cops have withheld the 911 call, video evidence, and police reports while they’ve petitioned Picasso-face Ken Paxton to keep the files sealed. Adding to the mess is that Uvalde PD Chief Homer Delgado disowned an endorsement of Gonzales that the congressman’s staff had tweeted and later deleted on request of the chief.
Gonzales has canceled a shit ton of public events since Aviles’s death. Some, present company included, had for a while considered the congressman to be among the least bad of a pretty fucking bad caucus full of the criminally insane and morally debased. Now while there’s no evidence just yet to suggest that Gonzales had driven Aviles to set herself on fire, the void of information and the shadiness around her death does nothing but invite a shit ton of speculation to that effect.
If that’s the case, then yeah, Tony Gonzales is worse than Cory Mills, as incredible as that sounds.
