Deranged Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladopo and Bobby Brainworms got an early start Sunday morning on showcasing the dumbassery of American politics in 2025. Follow along live below:

In an email obtained by pro tennis Substacker Ben Rothenberg, US Tennis Association leadership asked broadcasters to do whatever they can to make sure that viewers at home don’t hear convicted felon President Trump getting booed or otherwise abused by the crowd as he attends during Sunday’s US Open men’s final between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz in Queens.
“With respect to Broadcast Coverage, the President will be shown on the World Feed and the Ashe Court Feed during the opening anthem ceremony. We ask all broadcasters to refrain from showcasing any disruptions or reactions in response to the President’s attendance in any capacity, including ENG [Electronic News Gathering] coverage,” wrote the USTA’s leadership. The plan is to show the Orange God Emperor during the National Anthem, “stagecraft” that Rothenberg speculates is part of an “effective” plan to “insulate” the fat bastard from getting booed audibly.
Rothenberg then notes that a list of “talking points and additional facts regarding the President’s visit” attached to the email contains only one “talking point,” that “President Trump is planning to watch the US Open Men’s Singles Final from a suite as a sponsor guest.” Per Rothenberg that sponsor is Swiss luxury watchmaker Rolex, who are trying to curry favor with the fat fuck and get a tariff carveout on their status symbol timepieces. “Though Trump being shown on the large video screens around Ashe would make for the most obvious occasion for booing or other dissent to erupt, US Open attendees are also capable of chanting or booing in protest of Trump at other times of the match, which may be unavoidable for broadcasters to successfully censor if they cause any significant disruption to the match,” Rothenberg writes about the likely futility of the directive.
The US Army’s top educational institution on Friday abruptly nixed a September 25th ceremony honoring actor Tom Hanks as the 2025 laureate of the Sylvanus Thayer Award for his decades of advocacy for veterans through his work on screen and his efforts to build the US World War II Memorial in DC, the National World War II museum in New Orleans, and the Dwight D Eisenhower Memorial, the Washington Post reports. The cancellation was announced in an email to faculty from retired Army Col Mark Bieger, president and CEO of the West Point alum association, who wrote that not holding the ceremony “allows the Academy to continue its focus on its core mission of preparing cadets to lead, fight, and win as officers in the world’s most lethal force, the United States Army.”
It’s not clear whether the Thayer award to Hanks – who starred as a service member in Saving Private Ryan, Forrest Gump, and Greyhound, and executive produced the critically-acclaimed World War II miniseries epics Band of Brothers, The Pacific, and Masters of the Air – had actually been revoked or if this is just the ceremony being canceled. The Post couldn’t get a straight answer.
Nor could they on why, but the Post’s list of non-mutually-exclusive possibilities is long…

Japan’s Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba on Sunday committed political seppuku and ritually disemboweled his premiership, resigning to keep his honor intact after a bad electoral defeat for his ruling Liberal Democratic Party (who are actually conservatives) led to a likely early leadership election on Monday – which would’ve been akin to a no-confidence vote in his tenure, NHK reports.
Ishiba had only been in office since October 2024, a period marked by scandal and defeats for the LDP, losing coalition its majority in a Lower House election shortly after Ishiba took the helm and then falling short of a majority in the lower chamber in the July vote.
Dmitry Valuev, president of Russian America for Democracy in Russia, tells the Times of London that he thinks two deportation flights to Russia via Egypt in June and August were “coordinated with the Russian authorities” and “The middlemen in the US immigration system and the Russian FSB could not talk to each other directly without approval from higher up. Someone gave that approval.”
Even better: The deportees’ asylum applications, listing the reasons why they were fleeing Russia, specifically the criticisms of dictator Vlad Putin’s regime, were handed over to Kremlin officials.
“Shortly before 11 pm on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office responded to investigate a suspicious circumstance at a condominium complex on SE Old Town Court in unincorporated Clackamas County, near Happy Valley. A witness reported seeing a man who was not known to live in the complex parking his car and walking to the back of one of the buildings. The witness also noticed the door to the crawl space was open and light was coming from inside. The door then closed. When deputies arrived, they noticed the door to the crawl space was damaged and now locked. An extension cord was seen running through a vent. After contacting the owner, deputies were told that nobody was supposed to be down there and that there shouldn’t be any lights on inside. The owner also reported that they had heard strange noises coming from the crawl space before,” says a Clackamas County, Oregon Sheriff’s Office press release
“The owner gave keys to the deputies to open the crawl space, but they did not work. Deputies breached the door and located a man, identified as 40-year-old Beniamin Bucur. He had taken significant steps to improve the conditions of the crawl space and was obviously living inside.”
“Deputies observed a bed, lights, chargers, TVs, and other electronics plugged into the power of the house. Deputies estimate he had been living there for an extended period of time. A pipe with white residue that tested positive for methamphetamine was also found. Beniamin Bucur was transported to the Clackamas County Jail where he was booked on charges of Burglary in the First Degree and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. During a preliminary hearing Thursday, a judge set Bucur’s bail at $75,000,” the press release about the industrious vagrant’s downfall continued.
A Friday hearing over whether to grant Miss United States Lindsey Langston a restraining order against psychotic Florida MAGA Congressman Cory Mills did not end with a decision by a judge, per Politico. But it did feature an exciting new excuse from Mills about why he’s no longer a threat to Langston, one of at least two ex-girlfriends, the one who broke it off after he assaulted the other one: He no longer has the nude pics of sex videos because that phone was damaged.
“He’s powerful, he’s well-connected, he’s wealthy,” said Langston in her testimony, adding she wanted to “move on” and have a “normal life. I’m scared. I thought I could handle it by myself.”
“Please help me,” Langston told Judge Fred Koberlein, who did not rule due to an overrun of the 90 minute time slot for the hearing, saying he would try to schedule another one soon. Florida justice.
Maryland Democrats are doing their part in the fight against fascism and are moving to erase House Freedom Caucasian chair Andy Harris’s seat from their congressional map, Punchbowl reports.
The Best Part of Waking Up
“Prices are coming down. It’s not going to happen immediately. But people are actually feeling it out there… It’s coming down with Donald Trump. We see the numbers all over the place,” non-North Carolina Senate candidate Lara Trump told Frau Laura Ingraham on Tuesday night’s edition of the Fox News propaganda show. Lara naturally did not mention any specifics to her claim of prices coming down because, well, they aren’t. Maybe some in the MAGA cult feel like it’s happening as she mentioned, but feels aren’t numbers, so she left that part of her cheerleading out.
Officials in Franklin Township, New Jersey are telling locals that the nearby wildfire that’s been burning since Thursday isn’t like a natural, smoky-scented wildfire that you associate with tinder-dry outdoors but more like a toxic waste-hazardous superfund kind of fire, NJ.com reports.
Residents in the area of the former Pioneer electroplating facility/current superfund site have been advised to do their best to seal windows and doors to keep smoke out of their home, as well set their air conditioning units to recirculate air rather than pulling air from outside. Using HEPA-grade air filters and ventilating homes when the fire’s finally out can also help avoid the toxicity.
That part seems rather aspirational considering it’s now almost a week that this fire’s been burning.
Convicted felon President Trump in 2019 approved a top secret mission and ordered to SEAL Team Six to infiltrate North Korea to plant devices capable of intercepting obese dictator Kim Jong-Un’s communications during talks between the two slobs over Pyongyang’s nuclear ambitions.
The devices never got planted, per the New York Times’s in-depth reporting on the disastrous failure. Long story short, the SEALs were coming out of the water when they encountered a boat that they initially thought was a North Korean military patrol. The Naval commandos then immediately opened fire on the vessel, swiftly neutralizing the “threat” to the mission.
“The shore team swam to the boat to make sure that all of the North Koreans were dead. They found no guns or uniforms. Evidence suggested that the crew, which people briefed on the mission said numbered two or three people, had been civilians diving for shellfish. All were dead,” the Times writes. The SEALs then quickly bugged out before they could install the spying devices. They suffered no casualties and it’s unclear whether the North Korean military had ever figured out they had been responsible for the dead fishermen, though satellite photos later detected increased activity in the area by Kim’s forces. The mission was later subject to an inquiry during the Biden Administration and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin briefed some mebers of Congress on the fuckup.
You know he wanted Turkey but other former federal criminal defendant Tom Barrack already has that spot, but hey the Saudis are pretty corrupt too… That editorializing should’ve been after the actual news part of this: Politico reports that convicted felon President Trump’s regime is considering offering idiot New York City Mayor Eric Adams the ambassadorship to Saudi Arabia in exchange for dropping his reelection bid, further underscoring the dumbassery of this caper.
That’s a pretty nice job in what’s no doubt a palatial, well-air conditioned embassy that Team Orange is just going to give away to flip maybe 7 percent of votes that might show up and vote for disgraced sex pest former Gov Andrew Cuomo, who trailed “communist” Zohran Mamdani by 19 percent in the last reliable poll conducted of New York City voters. Is this really that important to Trump and does Adams then immediately get fired in the likely event Mamdani wins anyway?
HASSETT: All of the job creation in the U.S. has come from native-born workers, whereas in the Biden admin, half was foreign-born… if the supply of new illegal immigrants goes to zero, as it has, then there won't be non native-born workers taking jobs from native-born workers. pic.twitter.com/6SWj61bELi

“The confused and badly failing Democrat Party did nothing about Jeffrey Epstein while he was alive except befriend him, socialize with him, travel to his Island, and take his money! They knew everything there was to know about Epstein, but now, years after his death, they, out of nowhere, are seeming to show such love and heartfelt concern for his victims. Does anybody really believe that? Where were they during his very public trials, and for all of those years before his death? The answer is, ‘nowhere to be found,'” posted convicted felon President Trump on Friday and lol, this is a doozy. “Befriend him” and “socialize with him” are already all-time greats from the fat bastard.
“The now dying (after the DOJ gave thousands of pages of documents in full compliance with a very comprehensive and exacting Subpoena from Congress!) Epstein case was only brought back to life by the Radical Left Democrats because they are doing so poorly, with the lowest poll numbers in the history of the Party (16 percent), while the Republicans are doing so well, among the highest approval numbers the Party has ever had! The Dems don’t care about the victims, as proven by the fact that they never did before,” Trump continued and this is almost certainly actually the first time he’s ever publicly mentioned the victims at all… Except in July maybe when he almost certainly falsely claimed that he had tossed Jeff out of Mar-a-Lago for poaching employees – at least one of whom, Virginia Roberts-Giuffre, was raped by Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Prince Andrew.
A State Department memo viewed by the Associated Press ahead of the upcoming UN General Assembly in New York proposes putting serious restrictions on the movements of delegations from Iran, Sudan, Zimbabwe and, in what the AP points out as noteworthy, Brazil – almost certainly due to convicted felon President Trump’s serious hard-on for the traditionally-allied South American country over the criminal cases against disgraced former President Jair Bolsonaro.
What also stuck out to the AP in the memo was an idea to ban the Iranians from shopping at wholesale stores like Costco and Sam’s Club without the express permission of the State Department – stores that are regular stops for the delegation because they can pick up large quantities of products not normally available in Iran because of sanctions and what not.
Now while no one in their right mind should think the Iranian regime are the good guys or even necessarily victims of the Trump Reich this is still pretty fucking stupid. Like does anyone realistically expect that the Iranian diplomats won’t just pick up the phone and find just a handful of ambivalent US citizen Shiites living in New York City who’d want to make a few thousand bucks by doing Costco runs for them? How’s the friggin State Department going to stop a U-Haul full of Tide Detergent and Kirkland Value peanut butter from making a delivery to the hotel with all the Iranians? Isn’t the fact that they WANT to shop at Costco more of an indictment of their system than forbidding them from doing so is “a boss move”? Let them fucking go there and get their small taste of the fruits of what’s supposed to be a free market capitalist society as an annual reminder that living in an Islamic theocracy constantly waging a cunty little proxy war with Israel and the Saudis actually sucks.
In a footnote in an evidentiary filing in her bid to get courts to nix convicted felon President Trump’s attempt at firing her, Fed Board of Governors member Lisa Cook’s lawyers on Thursday wasted no time pointing to ProPublica reporting on how at least three of the fat fuck’s cabinet members are guilty of the same misconduct. “Indeed, on the same day that the Government filed its Supplemental opposition calling Governor Cook’s pretext argument ‘baseless,’ public reporting indicated that at least three officials in President Trump’s cabinet have listed more than one primary residence on their loan papers. See ‘Trump Is Accusing Foes With Multiple Mortgages of Fraud. Records Show 3 of His Cabinet Members Have Them,’ ProPublica (Sept 4, 2025). Apparently, these same ‘facial contradictions’ in cabinet officials he can fire at-will were not enough for him to do so, but the President claims they are sufficient to support a firing when real, adequate ’cause’ is required.”
Now this was 20 minutes before the jobs report was officially released that obese Florida MAGA Congressman Randy Fine was telling CNN’s Kate Bolduan that “the numbers always tend to benefit the left” which sure as hell sounds like he had the heads-up like Larry Kudlow did on Thursday.
US non-farm payrolls rose by 22,000, well short of 75,000 expected according to the Dow Jones consensus estimate in August while the unemployment rate edged up to 4.3 percent, CNBC reports.
