The Lady May, owned by Chinese businessman Guo Wengui, was designed by Dubois Naval Architects.
Guo is the primary bankroller for Bannon’s enterprises, including his media efforts which include a television show and a podcast–in which Bannon typically skewers China and international trade.
The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that the FBI, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the New York are investigating allegations that Gao and Bannon defrauded investors in a new media enterprise, GTV Media, charges that are separate than the “We Build The Wall” scam Bannon was arrested for Thursday.
