Two more people who attended outgoing president Donald Trump’s East Room Election Night wait-fest have tested positive for the coronavirus, bringing to at least five the number of people at the event who are now infected, CNBC reports.
Brian Jack, the White House political director, and Haley Baumgardner, a former White House staffer who now works for a private equity firm, both tested positive.
They join Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson and Trump campaign lawyer David Bossie, who all attended the East Room gathering, tested positive since the event.
