On ABC’s “This Week,” former Republican New Jersey governor Chris Christie says the self-proclaimed “Elite Special Force Team” of lawyers is a “national embarrassment” for its behavior in Trump’s attempt to undermine the overwhelming victory of President-elect Joe Biden.

Christie specifically called out attorney Sidney Powell who has repeatedly echoed right-wing conspiracy theories in the media, but has yet to provide any evidence of such an international plot. Powell has also baselessly accused Republican governors, like Georgia’s Brian Kemp, of being bribed to turn his state’s election to Biden.
