A unmasked Trump supporter wearing an inner tube with the likeness of lame duck president Donald Trump has been charged with misdemeanor assault after he approached demonstrators in front of Trump’s Virginia golf course and intentionally breathing on them, DCist reports.

Sixty-one-year-old Raymond Deskins of Sterling, Virginia was charged after he intentionally came into close contact with the demonstrators and one of them cautioned Deskins, saying, “You’re in my face and you don’t have a mask.”
Deskins inhaled deeply and then blew his exhale directly in the demonstrator’s face. He then smirked as he turned away.
Initially, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office refused to press charges, although they were on scene, because they claimed deputies didn’t see the entire interchange. After the County Board chair requested an investigation, they charged Deskins with misdemeanor assault.
The reported victim in the assault has told WUSA CBS-9 News in DC that she’s canceled a Thanksgiving dinner she had planned for fear of spreading the coronavirus because she does not know if this Deskins is infected.
