Unless Pennsylvania certifies the remainder of down ballot races, our REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED Legislature will effectively cease to exist after November 30th, so how exactly would that work?

As Pennsylvania’s Lt. Governor, Democrat John Fetterman, explains, the session of the current state legislature expires November 30th, just five days from today. Given that the state takes a holiday on Thanksgiving and the day after–and nothing happens in Pennsylvania the Monday after Thanksgiving because that’s the traditional opening of the state’s Deer Hunting Season (effectively a state holiday)–Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis are preaching to a lame duck group of Republicans.
If the Legislature were–somehow–to retroactively decertify the election results, there would not be a Legislature to vote on any further actions after Tuesday, and the decertification of the election would effectively dismantle the Commonwealth’s Legislative Branch.
