Trump lists a series of foreign and domestic aid that was included in the $900 billion package, which amount to a little more than 1% of the entire cost, and isn’t part of the coronavirus relief bill but part of the omnibus spending bill. Before ending, Trump delusionally stated, “Maybe the next administration will have to deliver a COVID relief package, and maybe that administration will be me.”
