Cowardly Sean Hannity, a Lego man who magically came to life but still has no heart or brain, called Seth Meyers, host of NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” “another limousine liberal socialist hypocritical asshole” during a segment which featured Meghan McCain-transfixed The Hill contributor (not a columnist or reporter) Li’l Joey Concha talking about how political late night talk shows have become too politically charged and unhumorous.

Neither Hannity nor Concha noted that late night hosts, like Meyers or their other targets, Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert,  have a long history of discussing current events and politics, and even having politicians on their shows.  But hey, it’s Fox News and Joey Concha, so you can’t expect any accurate historical perspective.

The airing of their grievance on a Thursday night show was particularly cowardly:  Hannity and Concha no doubt know that both Meyers and Colbert wrap their weekly show recordings on Thursday night, before Hannity’s show airs at 9 p.m. ET, so the two late night hosts won’t be able to respond to Hannity’s hissy fit until next week at the earliest.

Colbert, aired at 11:35 p.m. ET, slaps Hannity in the ratings, typically getting 60% more viewers than Hannity despite its late airing.  Meyers’ show brings in more than double what Hannity does in the key advertising demo of 18-49 year olds, which is why Hannity’s show is propped up by pillow commercials every break.
