Congress Ronny Jackson (Q-Texas), and ersatz physician who once claimed that the then-72-year-old Donald Trump had grew an inch taller and was a svelte 237 pounds, is calling on Joe Biden to take a cognitive test because he perceives a mental decline in this President, Scott Wong of TheHill tweets.
Jackson demands that Biden take the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, the same test Trump took during a routine physical. Jackson claims Trump “excelled” on the test, even though Trump later claimed that he was given extra points, which is not actually a thing with MOCA. Trump later made his infamous “Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV” declaration, claiming it showed how mentally fit he was.
To make his case, Jackson cites statements Biden misread from a teleprompter, and a statement Biden made about flying 1.3 million miles on Air Force One as vice president; Jackson claims that, instead of it being a misstatement, Biden should have known the VP only travels on Air Force Two.
Jackson’s medical credentials where widely questions after giving hyperbolic assessment of Trump’s health in 2018, making claims about Trump’s weight, medication usage and mental stability that were questioned in medical circles. He was also the subject of internal complaints while the White House physician for drinking on duty; getting drunk and sexually harassing lower-ranked officers; getting drunk and driving a government vehicle into a tree on White House grounds; and freely distributing prescription drugs.
Twelve other Republican members of Congress signed off on the letter, based on talking points propagated by Fox News, who will likely have Jackson on as a guest without mentioning his checkered past.
