After conservative website AmGreatness reported “multiple sources” confirmed an ongoing extramarital affair between Republican South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem and former Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, Twitter has been trending with one overwhelming sentiment: “Ewww.”
A rumored candidate for a 2024 White House run or a potential partner in a 2024 ticket with Trump at the top, Noem has promoted her “christian values” as a selling point for a campaign. She’s been under fire lately for alleged abuse of office after pushing state officials to grant her daughter a real estate appraisal license and using state resources to attend political events. She is a married mother of three.
Lewandowski was nominally Trump’s campaign manager in the 2016 reelection campaign, siphoning $20,000 per month as salary though he never managed a winning campaign on any level. He’s been romantically linked to Trump aide, pants steamer Hope Hicks. Lewandowski was videotaped assaulting a female Breitbart reporter during the 2016 campaign, pushing him out of the campaign in April 2016, and he’s been accused of abuse by a former romantic partner.
AmGreatness reported that Lewandowski has promoted Noem to members of the Trump family, including adulterer and alleged cocaine enthusiast Donald Trump, Jr. and his walking Oedipal complex, former Fox News host and reported sexual harasser Kimberly Guilfoyle.
“On March 5, Donald Trump, Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle hosted a fundraiser for Noem at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort and home in Palm Beach,” the site reports. “Noem was invited to a second fundraiser there in April. Lewandowski has played a key role in boosting Noem’s clout with Trump.”
