Sunday’s CBS News/YouGov survey finds President Biden’s job approve/disapprove rating at 50/50 among adults sampled. On the question of “How important is it to you personally whether or not Congress passes…” the bipartisan infrastructure bill and the Build Back Better plan, 75% the sample answered “very or somewhat important” on the former and 71% very/somewhat important on the latter, suggesting the path to improving Biden and Dem’s electoral outlook is pretty damn simple.
