The frigid, mirthless ice witch Harris Faulkner and her man-boy-ish guest, a right wing radio host appropriately named Jason Rantz, seem kind of annoyed that Dr Anthony Fauci doesn’t see any reason for families to avoid trick or treating this Halloween, lamenting the lack of outrage fuel in his public health guidance for the upcoming holiday that the Fox News audience would’ve ignored anyway if Fauci had said otherwise. Almost like he let them down from being able to run a bunch of segments screaming that celebrating Halloween is patriotic. Also note Faulkner’s line about Fauci having gone back and forth a bit in prior holiday guidance, saying “When you’re explaining, you know you’re not winning” as if Fauci is running for office or trying to sell books or some bullshit, which says a lot more about the Fox News mindset than Harris probably meant to.
