A major explosion rocked the Curtis Bay neighborhood of Baltimore Thursday morning after a five-story elevator at a CSX coal yard exploded, a blast that could be heard miles away, the Baltimore Sun reports. Baltimore Firefighters IAFF Local 734 posted doorcam footage showing the fireball rising into the sky from a home about a mile away. Authorities are requesting local residents stay away from the area.
