“On January 12, 2022, the Del City Police Department received an Intelligence Bulletin that an individual was making threats to blow up the OSHA building in Oklahoma City. An Investigator was assigned and spoke to the people that overheard the threats. Investigators learned that the subject stated that he was going to rent a truck, fill it with gasoline, blow up the building, and then take his own life. It was also discovered that the subject had attempted to take money out of his bank account which would have given him the means to execute his plan.”
“The subject was making the threat because he did not agree with OSHA guidelines regarding COVID vaccinations or face coverings. Investigators immediately obtained an arrest warrant for the subject and located him at his residence in Del City. As the subject was taken into custody Officers and Investigator discovered that the subject was armed with two handguns. The subject is being charged with making a Terroristic Hoax” says a Del City, Oklahoma Police Department press release on the arrest of James Scott Moore, 53, a registered Republican.
Again, to reiterate, had this idiot been paying attention to the news, he would have known the Supreme Court was about to make a ruling on the OSHA vaccine mandate before it had been scheduled to go into effect. If convicted – which he probably will – he faces up to ten years in state prison, because he either was not aware or was unwilling to wait for the Supreme Court to decide.
