We’re not trying to oversaturate National Zero with Trump statements – something we’ve been very much guilty of in the past – so we’ll leave out the text of the latest one on Saturday. However it is still noteworthy that Donald is holding back on Pence instead of ripping into the former VP as we had expected. This one’s still just mostly Trump complaining about Moscow Mitch while mentioning Pence’s Friday speech in passing. Hard not to speculate that since Pence is clearly no longer afraid of publicly speaking out that Trump improperly pressured him before January 6th, 2021, Pence might not be afraid of saying other things publicly. Bad things. Things that Trump doesn’t want to provoke if he can help it. Donald’s been known to exhibit otherwise near-nonexistent self-control when the wind blows in a certain direction. This very well could be one of those times.
