Infowars owner and man powered by the high energy protein of sea algae used to make MegaHomeMixScamPOWda Alex Jones has made a settlement offer of $120,000 per plaintiff in the Connecticut lawsuit he lost last year, the Associated Press reports.
Jones was found guilty of defamation for repeatedly claiming the Sandy Hook school massacre, in which 20 first graders and six educators were shot dead by a teenager with a gun, was a hoax perpetrated by some conspiratorial group of Deep State crisis actors hired by the global cabal run by Jews. Or lizard people. Or aliens. (And that is actually a 90% accurate representation of what Jones claimed.)
Jones offered each of the seven families and one security guard who won the defamation suit against him $120,000, meaning he would escape for less than one million dollars.
A jury found Jones liable after Jones refused to comply with a number of court orders to turn over documents and financial information. The plaintiffs have filed motions with the court requesting that it sanction Jones for failing to appear in a post-trial deposition to determine how much he would owe in damages.
