In a Politico piece reexamining Trump’s 2019 Ukraine scandal in which the fat fuck tried to actually induce foreign interference in an election by withholding Congressionally approved aid to an allied country, to which his ball-sucking cultists said was not only not an impeachable offense but it was actually pretty badass, there’s one interesting detail about the Pentagon planning to defy the Trump White House’s budget office and ship weaponry to Kyiv.
The plot hinged on imaginary bureaucratic red tape invented by the budget office to give cover to Trump’s plot to withhold the shipments and shortly before the whole thing blew up and the House Dems started investigating, US military officials began drawing up the contingency plan to fulfill the legal obligation to Ukraine. It’s almost too bad that they didn’t do it. Would’ve been way more badass to see the real men and patriots in the military telling MAGA Nazis to go fuck themselves.
Either way it’s still nice to have a reminder to the “This never would’ve happened if Trump wasn’t cheated out of a second term” dipshits that there’s an actual record of the flabby orange man betraying Ukraine for petty political gain, trying to torpedo Biden – and then losing to him anyway.
