I don’t think people are fully understanding the severity of what a Ministry of Truth organized by DHS truly means.

What are this dumbass and her pal Don Jr complaining about again? Is this like the “crack pipes” thing where the fucking morons freaked out for a week because some douchebag at Fox News noticed a line in some government budget document and then wildly spun it out of proportion until they got distracted by something else and forgot about it? Is the Department of Homeland Security really planning to create an agency called the “Ministry of Truth” where they send out hit squads that locate and eliminate Americans who knowingly propagate false information in order to stir panic among less educated voters for simple electoral gain? That’d be pretty cool actually.

Like wouldn’t it be pretty badass to see the First Amendment rights of those who knowingly abuse them for political and financial gain abrogated in a brutal fashion? Who wouldn’t get a laugh seeing the assholes who engage in seditious libel with bullshit stories about FEMA labor camps actually thrown into a FEMA labor camp for seditious libel? Isn’t it past time to consider that maybe those with no respect for democracy should no longer be subject to its protections?

Ahem… Anyway, we could look it up, but sometimes its more fun to guess and we’re thinking that DHS is setting up some bureau or panel designed to fact check disinformation about national security issues with nothing even remotely resembling an enforcement or operational arm to it, that its functions are solely responsive to bullshit in the right wing media, yet the right wing media are freaking out performatively regardless simply because they’re cunts and that’s what they do.
