Continue to pitch the debunked conspiracy theory that fake ballots swung the election to Democratic candidate Joe Biden, Republican gubernatorial candidate David Perdue lost his motion before a Fulton County judge to get the November 2020 election results nullified, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
In no uncertain terms, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert C.I. McBurney told the wannabe executive that he was acting purely out of “conjecture and paranoia,” and that his “quixotic journey will not take place” in his order dismissing the case.
In his case against 16 election and political officials, Perdue want the county to preserve the physical ballots for their “forensic investigator” to examine. Perdue also wanted the judge to nullify the official tally, effectively negating the results of the presidential election in the state, a situation that has never happened before in the United States.
