Pennsylvania MAGA terrorist Rachel Powell, charged with eight counts over her participation in the January 6th, 2021 Capitol riot, also turns out to be a shitty mom, per federal prosecutors who pointed out she left her six kids home alone while she was in DC in their motion opposing Powell’s bid for looser pre-trial conditions, WKBN reports. Forced to sell her home and move on to the property of her employer, Powell says she’s absent from her three teenage sons currently living in a separate rental home after 6:00 PM because it isn’t outfitted with equipment for her ankle monitor.

Federal prosecutors say too fucking bad because not only did Powell leave them and her other three kids alone when she travelled to the riot, but she also posted threats of a civil war in October 2020 and indicated she was surveilling the house of an unidentified public official about a week after the election, presumably because she thought this person was part of the Soros conspiracy against her Orange God Emperor. The feds also wrote that she doesn’t actually have custody of her kids, so whatever issues she has with parenting are exaggerated at best.

Following her arrest last February, Powell pleaded not guilty to obstruction of an official proceeding and aiding and abetting, destruction of government property, disorderly and destructive behavior in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct in a capitol building, acts of physical violence in the capitol buildings or grounds, demonstrating in a capitol building, and entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon. That last one she got snagged on over the ice pick she was photographed holding outside of a broken window during the riot. That’ll cost her at sentencing.
