The DC Circuit Court of Appeals has temporarily stayed the FDA’s ban on Juul nicotine vape products, UT Austin Law Professor Steve Vladeck reports. The next step is for the court to consider a longer stay for the duration of the appeal, which they better fucking do and then just toss the ban altogether because a certain someone likes being able to suck down a shit ton of nicotine indoors while writing and would rather not switch back to half a pack of Newport Reds a day.
