The plot to overturn the 2020 election is ongoing. Robin Vos, the Republican Speaker of the Wisconsin Assembly, told WISN ABC-12 Milwaukee that Donald Trump called him last week urging him to overturn the state’s certified results in the 2020 election.
Trump used a questionable decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling vote drop boxes illegal to push Vos to toss out the entire result of only the presidential race in 2020, not the dozens of races that were also during that election.
“It’s very consistent,” Vos said. “He makes his case, which I respect. He would like us to do something different in Wisconsin. I explained it’s not allowed under the Constitution. He has a different opinion, and then he put out the tweet. So that’s it.”
Vos’s refusal to comply with Trump’s order led Trump to take to his failing social media platform to complain about Vos, as NatZero reported earlier today.
Vos and Trump continue to be at odds over Wisconsin politics, with Vos endorsing a more main-stream Republican for governor, Rebecca Kleefisch, while Trump endorsed sycophant Tim Michels, who basically wants to burn the state down.
