The problem for Trump however is that since all the conduct was known to him by October 29th 2017, then the lawsuit should’ve been filed by that date in 2021. And the fat fuck waited 14 months and four days after he left office to file it on March 24th, 2022, so it does not sound like the “I was busy pretending to be president” shit is going to fly with the judge.
