Roger Sollenberger of the Daily Beast hinted that a story Politico posted Tuesday about the campaign team of Texan Herschel Walker, the Republican nominee for Senate from Georgia, knowing about Walker paying for a woman to have an abortion isn’t the same case as he reported yesterday.
“I think you may be jumping the gun saying this is a corroboration of my story. I have no reason to believe that these allegations are the same allegation,” Sollenberger noted on Chris Hayes’ MSNBC show when discussing a story on Politico about Herschel Walker’s team knowing about the Texan having paid for a woman’s abortion.
“Oh, I see what you’re saying,” host Chris Hayes says. “It just not clear that the story they [Politico] are concerned about is one and the same as the story you have reported out.”
“It’s highly possible that it is a different allegation,” Sollenberger stated.
