MAGA “entrepreneur” Timmy Shea, who once marketed an energy drink called “Liberal Tears,” was found guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to launder money and falsification of documents in the second trial on the charges after the first ended in a mistrial when some Trump fanboy who snuck his way onto the jury blew it up, the New York Times reports.
Shea is the last of the four indicted in 2020 over the $25 million crowdfunded wall scam to be adjudicated at the federal level after Steve Bannon was pardoned by Trump and the other two assholes, Brian Kolfage and Andrew Badolato pleaded guilty earlier this year. Bannon was indicted in a New York State court last month on charges related to the wall scam and, as he was never tried in a federal court, the double jeopardy clause does not apply. Would love to see the look on the face of that one MAGA juror who fucked up the first trial now, realizing all he did was waste everyone’s time and that ultimately “the Deep State” got still their man just four months later.
