Produced by Miller’s America First Legal group, which seems to finance white nationalist messaging and legal efforts, explicitly claims that the government is putting minorities first for aid packages, though the quotations used were said in the context that coronavirus aid was unfairly distributed and more needed to go to vulnerable communities.
