Dipshit Trump lawyer Alina Habba argued in a court filing that the disgraced former President was doing what was good for the American people when he said writer EJ Carroll was lying about her allegation Donald raped her in a department store changing room in 1995, Bloomberg reports.
“More than any other public official, the President is expected to respond to questions from the media that affect his ability to maintain the trust of the American people,” Habba wrote in the filing to the DC Appeals Court. “Responding to accusations involving personal matters that may affect his ability to perform his job duties is clearly within the scope of such employment.”
